For your safety, all surfaces, in the apartment are thoroughly disinfected before your arrival. The apartment is also equipped with a supply of hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and masks. All available linen is cleaned at very high temperature, to avoid any health risks. In light of the Covid-19 sanitary crisis, we have modified our conditions, allowing you to cancel your reservation, in case of another lockdown situation announced by local authorities.

• Sleep well

  Enjoy a good night's sleep in the Master Bedroom with a comfortable double (queen-size) bed, or in the sofa-bed for 1-2 persons in the living room. Being a very quiet apartment with large bay windows overlooking a calm garden, you can easily sleep with your windows open.

• Feel like at home

  Indulge yourself in the luxury of a spacious designer bathroom with two washbasins, heated towel rack and a large bathtub with a rain- and hand-held shower. Separate toilet. There is a spacious walk-in closet for storing suitcases, shoes, and for hanging all your clothes.

• Cook like a French chef

  You can cook all your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a vitroceramic cook-top (hob), oven, microwave, refrigerator and everything you need for preparing, cooking, and serving-up your meals.

• We've thought of everything for you

  Your holiday apartment in Paris is your home, while here. That is why we have equipped it with your comfort and well-being in mind. Do enjoy the convenience of all modern amenities such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher and a hair-dryer, internet connection, telephone, etc. Unlike many older houses in Paris, here you need not worry about sufficient hot water or lacking shower pressure. In winter months, we naturally have central heating.

• Stay connected

  Check your e-mails or the opening hours of the Louvre or the Musée d'Orsay on your tablet or smart phone thanks to our high speed wifi internet connection (WLAN). Book your restaurant in Paris or call your family at home thanks to FREE phone calls available to landline numbers in over 100 countries. Listen to your favourite music on the radio / Hifi or watch TV with English-language news programmes.

• Cool down, if you need it

  Although you can easily sleep with your windows open, as our large bay windows open to a calm garden, we can provide you with a mobile air-conditioning unit on wheels in the unlikely case of a heatwave in Paris.

• Keep your car safe

  By prior arrangement, you can park your car safely and conveniently in the garage of our building, with direct lift access. (supplement:€ 30/week).

The central location of our Bastille Boutique Flat makes it perfect to explore Paris. You can easily access many of the sights in Paris such as Notre Dame, Louvre or Le Marais by foot, or by public transport.

The nearest métro stations are at just a couple of minutes and you'll find a bigger hub a bit further at Bastille, once the stage of the French revolution. Today, it houses the Paris Opéra and in the surrounding streets you'll find an endless choice of cafés, bars and restaurants.

Equally close, enjoy the romantic atmosphere of the most beautiful square in Paris, Place des Vosges and next to it, the charming Hôtel de Sully. This is where Le Marais starts, one of the trendiest districts in Paris, full of original fashion boutiques, art galleries, and of course, restaurants and bars.

Just at your doorsteps you'll find a couple of supermarkets and you should definitely not miss the true Parisian market on Thursdays and Sundays, with the freshest produce around: vegetables, fruit, seafood, poultry and meat, and of course, French baguettes!
